Muay Thai, is a special kind of martial arts. It's suitable for all ages, male, female, young, or older.
Muay Thai is wildly regarded as the most effective striking discipline on the planet. Also referred to as the "Art of Eight Limbs" (fists, elbows, knees, and legs). It is Thailands National sport and prides itself on being the most technically superior stand up fighting arts.
PRICE LIST
Juniors £7.00 per class
Monthly, Juniors £50.00. Due on the 1st of each calendar month, by cash payment. Includes all classes.
121’s, £30.00 per session. Any time, including weekends, except class times. Discount available for bulk bookings.
TIME TABLE
Monday 121's anytime Skipping, stretching, Bagwork combos, pad work, sparring, and extreme Thai conditioning.
Tuesday.
Junior class, 6.30-7.30pm. Technique, Pads, sparring (not compulsory)
Wednesday 121's anytime
Skipping, stretching, Bag and pad combos, sparring, extreme Thai conditioning.
Thursday.
Junior class. 6.30-7.30pm. Technique, pads, sparring (not compulsory)
Friday. No classes, only 121's available.
Saturday.
Junior classes. 11.00-11.55am-12.00-12.55pm, 1.00-2.00pm (sparring, not compulsory all ages welcome)
Sundays.
Junior classes, 11.00-11.55am (ages 6-10). 12.00-12.55pm (ages 11-17) 1.00-2.00pm (sparring not compulsory, all ages welcome)
